Tender, perfectly spiced Cajun chicken! Sunny, bold flavours that bring weeknight dinners to life with Dion Cajun Spice.
- 4 bone-in chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp Dion Cajun Spice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp oil (canola or olive)
- Dion Salt, to taste
- Dion Pepper, to taste
- Make shallow cuts in the chicken breasts to help the seasoning penetrate.
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and Dion Cajun Spice.
- Rub the chicken breasts thoroughly with this mixture to coat them well.
- Combine the lemon juice and oil, then brush over the chicken.
- Grill for about 30 minutes, turning and basting frequently for even cooking.
- Season with Dion Salt and freshly ground pepper before serving.
