Independent Distributor – Montreal South Shore

Dion Herbs & Spices is seeking an independent distributor to handle the delivery and distribution of its products to major grocery chains located on the South Shore of Montreal

As a self-employed contractor, you will be responsible for organizing your schedule, managing your operations, and representing our company with professionalism.
Compensation is commission-based.

Your Responsibilities

1. Distribution

• Deliver store orders according to a defined delivery route.
• Merchandise products in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure proper product rotation on shelves.
• Maintain in-store displays (minor repairs and cleaning as needed).

2. Sales

• Present current promotions and marketing activities to clients.
• Maximize product visibility within existing accounts.
• Prospect new customers within the assigned territory.
• Meet established sales objectives.

3. Administration

• Regularly update your visit schedule.
• Complete customer order forms.
• Manage returns, credits, product removals, and related administrative tasks.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the food industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ownership of a truck or van for deliveries (required).
• Strong autonomy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
