Pan-Seared Fish Fillet Recipe

Golden pan-seared fish fillets, ready in 10 minutes. Simple, quick and full of flavour with Dion Fish Seasoning.
- 600 g (about 4) firm white fish fillets (pangasius, cod, etc.)
- 2 tsp (10 ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml) butter
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dion Fish Seasoning
- Lemon wedges (optional)
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
- Place the fillets in the pan and sear for about 4 minutes per side, until golden.
- Sprinkle Dion Fish Seasoning on both sides near the end of cooking.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
