Pan-Seared Fish Fillet Recipe

Golden pan-seared fish fillets, ready in 10 minutes. Simple, quick and full of flavour with Dion Fish Seasoning.

  • 600 g (about 4) firm white fish fillets (pangasius, cod, etc.)
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) butter
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dion Fish Seasoning
  • Lemon wedges (optional)
  1. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. 
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. 
  3. Place the fillets in the pan and sear for about 4 minutes per side, until golden. 
  4. Sprinkle Dion Fish Seasoning on both sides near the end of cooking. 
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
