Sales Manager
Dion Herbes & Épices is looking for a Sales Manager to support all sales operations across the Québec region and assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in executing sales strategies and achieving objectives.
YOUR ROLE
SALES
- Drive sales growth, including opening new accounts
- Implement sales strategies to maximize profitability
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Oversee the execution of marketing themes and new product launches
- Apply promotional activities according to approved schedules
- Prepare sales reports and perform required analyses
- Manage merchandising strategies and planogram execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
DISTRIBUTORS
- Analyze and optimize sales territories
- Supervise and motivate the distributor team across Québec
- Train and develop the distributor network
REGIONAL ACCOUNTS
- Provide support in managing major accounts
- Conduct business reviews with key regional clients
- Coordinate contract renewals for regional accounts
MANAGEMENT
- Oversee performance indicators
- Support the development of the commercial plan
- Assist with financial management and administration
- Coordinate and attend trade shows as needed
- Monitor market trends across Québec
- Perform various administrative tasks as required

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Have at least 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the food industry
- Have experience managing a team
- Are bilingual (French and English)
- Have strong Excel skills
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership, and professionalism
- Possess strong analytical abilities
- Are well-organized, structured, and driven by results
- Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
