Sales Manager

Dion Herbes & Épices is looking for a Sales Manager to support all sales operations across the Québec region and assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in executing sales strategies and achieving objectives.

YOUR ROLE

SALES

  • Drive sales growth, including opening new accounts
  • Implement sales strategies to maximize profitability
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Oversee the execution of marketing themes and new product launches
  • Apply promotional activities according to approved schedules
  • Prepare sales reports and perform required analyses
  • Manage merchandising strategies and planogram execution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

DISTRIBUTORS

  • Analyze and optimize sales territories
  • Supervise and motivate the distributor team across Québec
  • Train and develop the distributor network

REGIONAL ACCOUNTS

  • Provide support in managing major accounts
  • Conduct business reviews with key regional clients
  • Coordinate contract renewals for regional accounts

MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee performance indicators
  • Support the development of the commercial plan
  • Assist with financial management and administration
  • Coordinate and attend trade shows as needed
  • Monitor market trends across Québec
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the food industry
  • Have experience managing a team
  • Are bilingual (French and English)
  • Have strong Excel skills
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership, and professionalism
  • Possess strong analytical abilities
  • Are well-organized, structured, and driven by results
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
